FRI-123 Update classification automatically #11

FRI-123 is concerned with updating the classification criteria items whenever a request is received from Snowstorm.

The functionality was written in FRI-61; the changes made within this branch are basically nice to have for debugging purposes.

This PR also relies on changes made on Snowstorm's FRI-123 branch.
