If this tool does not work with axioms we should update the README at the very top to say so furthermore if we don't intend to provide further updates we should consider marking the repository as Archived under the project settings.

Are stated relationships useful to people working with RF1? I'd be very surprised if they were classifying them. We could just skip stated relationships / axioms entirely and only convert the inferred relationship file. That would let that tool continue to limp along a little while longer.
