Clean up any elements not in use elements that need removing

• [x] delete/uninstall draggable view demo

• [ ] Popular terms (Taxonomy term) broken view? in use?
• [x] review tailwind.pcss, remove unnecessary code
• [ ] Related publications view superseded by related pubs
• [ ] Better Social Sharing Buttons not in use
• [ ] Delete unused image fields - articles and projects
• [ ] field_rows on pages, needed?
• [ ] any remaining default content settings
• [x] Uninstall modules: views_bootstrap
• [ ] views not in use
• [ ] multiple admin views with pages and blocks, not clear what's needed can what can be deleted?
• [ ] Jumbotron block not in use
• [ ] Custom block library, remove unused blocks (all so far)
• [x] project 'Image' field. Additional field currently disabled, can be deleted?
• [ ] project link field, not needed
• [x] flexslider
• [ ] Menus not in use (main men?)
• [ ] Event type: tidy up to remove unused fields (second image etc.) + remove Series badge field
• [x] Remove dev & local modules from live (config_split)
