X record thumbnails in search results + updates

• [x] X records not showing on search (twig looks fine)

• [x] Add permission: series/theme: Edit terms.

• [x] image in metadata for themes (add in next update)

• [x] Add view of theme and collection images with thumbnails

• [x] Create a component finder view, so we can give examples and update things like accordions in one go

• [x] fix p margin-bottom accordion paragraphs

• [x] edit accordions to remove extra spaces

• [x] This is all done, except to not that there's extra H4 margin on accordions that don't use layout paragraphs. To be removed next update. Example https://www.iied.org/cba17-local-solutions-inspiring-global-action

For this particular case there didn't appear to be a PDF uploaded. I've added one and now it does have a cover image in search
