It would be useful to have lando / bash scripts for the following tasks:

[ ] Export/download/import and sanitise databases from kr servers
[ ] rsync files from prod sites to local environment (as required)
[ ] drush aliases for running commands on servers (security risk?)

stage_file_proxy doesn't seem to be enabled by default – could we review this? Also config_split setup on IIED_main

@cbrody Will try and look at Drush aliases next week that should allow you to do all these tasks.

We don't want this enabled in production; I have seen it take sites offline by getting stuck in a loop of requests to itself. At the moment it is manually enabled as part of a deployment on stage and dev sites, but config split is a better way of doing this.
