GTM container for REDAA is GTM-NB8NL3J

[x] Install module
[x] There's no GA4 tag set up yet, so please let Nick know once Tag Manager is installed and he'll move/swap the current tag
[x] Setup document download tracking

GA4 tag added and tested. You can start to see tracking data in the REDAA GA4 property
