IIIF Helpers

This is a consolidation of:

• Vault
• Vault Helpers
• IIIF Image API

In order to simplify the usage of these helpers. Most helpers, unless extensions of Vault (e.g. styles API) will work without Vault. Documentation will be created for how to make new helpers easily.

Mid-term, some research into what helpers are required can be done.

• [x] Merge with IIIF Vault
• [x] Ensure module format + types are working
• [x] Fix getValue on NodeJS
• [ ] Remove "IIIF Image API" library dependency
• [ ] Test thumbnails against fixtures
• [ ] Document existing helpers
