Typo in Manifest #48

Here is a small fix for a typo in a manifest. It wasn't possible to parse this file.

It looks like there are two changes proposed here --

  1. To insert the colon character ':' between the property name and the value
  2. To change the property name from "transform" to "transforms"

change 1. is the correct thing to do to have a valid json document. I recommend the name remain 'transform'; that is the property name used in the other manifests; so not make change 2.
