Clarify purposes of extensions registry and registry of activity streams #1966

As part of discussion about linking to the IIIF Registry of Activity Streams it became apparent that there will be confusion with the IIIF Extensions Registry if both are called simply "IIIF Registry". I suggest https://registry.iiif.io/ should be titled "IIIF Registry of Activity Streams" and https://iiif.io/api/registry should be titled "IIIF Extensions Registry". Within the extensions registry we should generally add extensions before registry.

It might also be sensible to link between the two, along the lines of "See IIIF Registry of Activity Streams for use with the Change Discovery Specification "

@glenrobson -- per 2022-02-02 editors' meeting, we think the https://registry.iiif.io/ site isn't within our purview. We recommend changing the name to the "IIIF Registry of Activity Streams" but leave it to you, will tag website
