Solicit and install demos #243

Create a demos section in the website for hosted demonstrations of client and/or server side software. Demos should be open source and available for reuse, use manifests from multiple sites, use the image API for image display, and be stable rather than under active development

We should wait until we have multiple demos from different partners to put any up, to avoid the misunderstanding that the demo software shown is the only such software. For example, Mirador plus the Wellcome player, plus a IIIF collection version of OpenSeadragon. Other possibilities are the modified IA BookReader, IIP Viewer, Rob's technology demo.

http://showcase.iiif.io/ is towards this, and has its own issues. Closing here, and we should open more granular issues on the tracker for the site.
