Add Whiiif to Content Search #275

Although still under development, several people I've shown this application to recently had been looking for a python-based search service and suggested that adding it to the awesome list would be useful for others.

Great to have another open source implementation for content search :+1:

I'm wary of including judgments like "lightweight" in our descriptions though I see we've used this word in one other case, so we can take that up as a separate issue.

Happy to drop "lightweight" from the description. Was included because it does IIIF Search and search across all manifests (outside scope of Search API but basically identical, minus passing the manifest id to Solr as a parameter) and nothing else but I can understand about the judgemental aspect of the term.

I'll update the PR shortly :)
