Generally I feel we should avoid evaluative judgments in our descriptions in the list. We can include descriptive facts and leave any promotional evaluations to the individual resources we point to.
There are likely others of these throughout the list and I'm not trying to single out this one in particular, but this is the example I just came across. The word "lightweight" is used in one description. While I myself fee this is true in this case there's certainly room for disagreement and I would rather leave it to an implementer to decide which option meets their "lightweight" considerations if that is one of their considerations.
