Propose adding Simple Site IIIF extension #303

I propose that we add @jpadfield's Simple Site project to the IIIF Awesome List.

I don't think that's controversial, but it does raise a few questions:

  1. Where should it live? I put it under "Presentation Manifest Tools", but that doesn't feel perfect ... which brings me to:
  2. Should we create a new section that also includes these two tools as well, which are potentially similar?

among others.

Maybe a section like "Exhibition and Display tools"? I'd love to hear thoughts on this.

After writing all that, I realize this should be an issue with discussion first, so let's do that in #304

With #339 and some other additions in the past months, we've handled everything proposed here, closing this up
