add a link to Github IIIF topic #329

to discover new projects and code updates on IIIF tools i often look at the Github topic page (sorted by Recently Update) https://github.com/topics/iiif?o=desc&s=updated

could be useful to link this page somewhere, on a new section?

I like this, and I will propose a simple edit that introduces a link to the topics in the introductory text. Thanks for suggesting! (and sorry for the delay!)
