Update the Simple Site item in Exhibition tools #339

The link to the Simple Site Mirador extension was broken, and two other IIIF extensions (Curtain Viewer and Panel Truck) have been added since this item was proposed, so I chose to point to the "Simple Site - Extensions" web page instead, and mention that several IIIF extensions are made available there. cc @jpadfield

Given that, I think #303 can be closed.
