Who pays attention to web page titles? I don't know, and I haven't noticed this until today, so it's not a high importance item.
But we may have some inconsistency in the page titles for the Cookbook.
Given the URIs, maybe the former should be retitled "Getting Started with the Cookbook of IIIF Recipes" and the latter retitled "The Cookbook of IIIF Recipes". In any case, the page title should better reflect the content of the page and/or the role within the metaphor of the cookbook.
