Issue with text in seeAlso recipe #481

I am confused because I do not understand why the reference is made to the id field of seeAlso (both in the "Implementation Notes" and "Example" sections). My understanding is that the "consistent URI" is rather for the profile property (as @triplingual said in this comment), not id (that is supposed to be the URI of the dataset provided by institution X or Y)
