Zoom into videos #25

Description

Zoom into videos. CSI "enhance" feature or Bladerunner :) Perhaps presentation issue. Load high resolution version of video, rather than cropping and tiling of the video.

I'm not sure of any video server could do this in real time which means that this would have to be a preprocessed clipping of the video. Seems like there would be other ways like via annotations to say that a particular segment/clipping has a high quality version available as a separate resource. But I would need to see someone step forward with a need for this to consider it more fully.
