What's the use case for this very difficult to implement (or even specify) functionality?

Is this about extracting an audio stream from a video and just delivering the audio of the video? If so, then maybe useful, but probably easier to have the audio as another resource and use the Audio API.

It is sounding like the intention was to request a video that includes a particular audio stream, but not others, and that seems not likely.
