Also embedded metadata as server implementation consideration, ala copying rights metadata from image source to tiles.

Between info.json and Presentation seems like we'd have rights covered. Is the embedded metadata via the server implementation something we'd want to encourage?

Only time this is actually an issue is if there's a bitstream api that allows separate download of the segment.
