In looking at the BL workshop notes I'm not seeing what "reference use case" is being referred to. Can anyone provide a fuller description of this use case? What sort of UI are you looking for here? Is this a use case or a proposed suggestion on how playlists ought to be implemented?

Range would need deref URI in order to understand what was to be played from the playlist
