It would be nice to have a collection of video and audio files which are free to include in this repository as a common resource for reuse in different prototypes and tests. Who knows of open content that's available or has content they can share?

We might be able to take some videos from Pexels and make various derivatives we would want for our testing: https://videos.pexels.com/video-license

There are loads of public domain movies on the Internet Archive (including classics such as His Girl Friday), which might be useful as test files for longer content. They also have videos with closed captions/subtitles (e.g. MPEG4 movies with SRT subtitles with this search, example).

I know that the Public Domain Project has free video footage with different resolutions and fps.
