I want to associate multiple different locations with a single resource e.g. in a letter where it was sent and its the destination   Tracking provenance of artwork where and when a artwork was

We can have multiple annotations or multiple services but need to differentiate between them which is covered in: https://github.com/IIIF/iiif-stories/issues/125
