Transcription use case: Auto translation of transcription hook up #23

For some archives, where the target language for the researcher is not available, it would be nice to have support for automatic translation from service such as Google translate API to translate the existing transcription and be able to view it in a chosen language.

Doesn't seem like a IIIF problem, just an implementation detail. The IIIF concern here is that there is access to the data in a standard form, annotations, and this is already solved. Propose close.
