As a mobile app developer, I would like to make my app to provide institutional collection level search #94

Description

Existing Kramerius app provides access to any Kramerius repository through its API. As some of them contain over 140,000 titles, discovery by browsing is not feasible - (faceted) search is necessary. If Kramerius API is replaced by IIIF API in the future, we need to retain current functionality.

There's no plan to make a search based API for IIIF discovery at this time.

Vatican 2017: If understood to mean replacing an existing search API with a IIIF search (across) API, this is out of scope.
