Update Cloudinary translator to Image API 2.0 #32

I'm eager for feedback on this PR to update the Cloudinary translator. I've run the validator locally, and it seems like mosts of the tests are passing except two of them, jsonld and id_error_escapedslash. I get the sense that the jsonld failure is the same issue that #27 is intended to address, and I haven't yet pinned down id_error_escapedslash yet.
