Provider property/Agent with logo, homepage, etc. #7

Issue IIIF/api#1639 contains discussion of how to provide a "label for the organization that has the logo." In the alpha draft, attribution was removed in favor of requiredStatement. With this change it became unclear what string might serve as a label to associate with the logo image.

The proposal, reflected in the beta draft, is to introduce a provider property. See https://preview.iiif.io/api/image-prezi-rc2/api/presentation/3.0/#provider for a full description. Each Agent contained in the list of providers SHOULD have a logo property and MUST have a label; the label can be displayed with the logo, resolving the issue that prompted IIIF/api#1639 .
