Need to add pages so that it works in sync with current theme

• [x] 404.html (Probably needs update)
• [x] about.md (Probably needs removal)
• [x] members page (Needs to be added)
• [ ] blog aggregation page (Needs to be added)

(Since I have never seen the blog page of old website, I have no idea how it looks like)
