members.md: Update data for Chirag #50

Hi @chirag-jn . Thanks for submitting the PR. Can you just tell us when you got into Byld so we could verify?

We require this from people adding a new entry to the members file. Current list is based on the members who are on the mailing list

His entry to mailing-list was on Mar 30, 2018 Apparently other members added on that date are not here Probably scraping issues

Yeah, I was at the first place in the hackathon with Aman Mehra, Aniket Pradhan and Snehal Gupta which was conducted on 28 March.
