This PR is in context to issue #60 To make PR template hidden, just add .github/ before the path of pull_request_template.md

Please follow the comment link in the issue description, we don't like to discard PRs, but https://github.com/IIIT-Delhi/byld-website/pull/59#issuecomment-406515902 has two very important points that would be highly required. Also would be good if you'd add the link to our contributing guidelines in the checkboxes list.

Also note that this PR doesn't follow our contribution guidelines, would be nice if you would have a look at them and follow them

ps: unfortunately you have made this PR from the master branch of your fork, we do not allow this for some very specific reasons, please rectify this :)
