Members: additional information on Delegates & Referees #17

Also, in the current website we provide information on the national IISHF Delegates as well as the international referees of every member country. Any chance, that we can add this in our website (either directly or as a subpage as with the current IISHF website).

@andrepoddubny Talked to Claes about the referees and he thought it's not necessary because it's hard to keep this information up to date.

But for sure that's possible. It is required however to define the information that we should track for delegates and referees. Also keep in mind that we might need consent from the person displayed in the delegate and referee section then.
