Migrate from drf-yasg to drf-yasg2 #60

@nishantwrp The deployment didn't succeed. There are still some issues with drf-yasg2. When the issues resolve, we can merge this PR.

Also, the review apps for new PRs aren't automatically created, even this PR isn't automatically deployed. Can you fix this?
