ERROR: the following packages/stacks could not have their rosdep keys resolved
to system dependencies:
zed_components: Cannot locate rosdep definition for [robot_localization]
velodyne_driver: Cannot locate rosdep definition for [diagnostic_updater]
velodyne_pointcloud: Cannot locate rosdep definition for [diagnostic_updater]
Continuing to install resolvable dependencies...

This can be fixed by just installing the diagnostic_updater ros package using sudo apt install ros-<distro>-diagnostic-updater
