The add plugins page has been updated

• Now displays URLs for which the plugin will run and shows GM permissions.
• The header is on top or left depending on screen resolution.
• The code is carried by the words.
• By default, a simplified view of @match/@include is shown when adding a plugin. Clicking "Show more" displays the full information from the UserScript meta header.
