Dark Google Terrain and other thoughts #199

Dark Ingress version of Google Terrain is present in stock intel but not in IITC yet. It's easy to add it, but.. let's look wider:

We have 'Google Roads + Traffic', but actually 'Traffic' is overlay, which is compatible with all google layers, so why don't add it to Satellite/Hybrid/Terrain/Dark,...

Well, there are too much possible combinations, and we cannot add'em all to layerchooser.

So I propose make this via checkbox, like in stock.

    [x] Terrain
    [ ] Traffic
( ) Google Roads
    [ ] Terrain
    [x] Traffic
( ) Satellite
    [x] Labels
    [x] Traffic

Well, actually our layers control does not allow to have such checkboxes. But we can do it in dialog (put Map Opts link to #toolbox)

And in fact in the same manner we could attach Transit and Bicycle overlays.
