New view of the list of plugins in the form of tiles

• New view of list of plugins. Plugins are presented in form of tiles and view is adopted to different screen sizes

• Added anchors for plugins and categories (issue #7)

• Added support for @icon and full-size @image for plugins

• Added possibility to comment on plugins and open a window with full information about plugin

• Release and Test pages are combined.

• IITC mobile page was updated. iOS version has been added.

• Added hash generation for resource files

• violentmonkey has been added to list of recommended userscript managers #10

Some descriptions are longer than average. Acceptable, but sometimes they stacked with another description and get too long. Maybe they should be placed considering sizes (instead of plain alphabetical order)

I'd like to see plugin version.

I'd keep old table view, as toggleble option.
