Bob entered room number 1 but he is allowed to leave room number 2. (Inconsistent Behavior)

Log Status shows Bob is in room 3 but he is allowed to leave campus without leaving the room first. This is inconsistent behavior as project requirements specify no employee or guest is allowed to leave the campus without leaving the room first.
