We have finished sizing the 5 stories. Need to do the tagging
@Tosgirl will be doing the tagging for the selected stories
We will take turns sorting the stories on the backlog. Tag it as you go and then pass it to the next team member as an @ call out: Ron first...
@gauribhatt thanks for the update. Will look at the Mural

SMALL
As a: Partner I want: CC volunteers to know we can help with their project So that: volunteers can efficiently acquire our resources and effectively deliver their community initiative
MEDIUM
As a : volunteer I want: to keep a record of my past volunteering activities in a CV on the platform So that : I can measure my level of growth
LARGE
As a: volunteer I want: to be able to view a volunteer compatibility matrix on my profile. So that: I can be matched with like-minded volunteers
LARGE
As a: volunteer I want: a road map of my past volunteering activity and future volunteering aspirations. So that: I have options that are curated for me

@Tosgirl thanks for the update will look into this
Hi @Tosgirl, looks like the labeling didn't work so I went in and discovered that the labels for Small, Medium and Large were not created in GitHub yet, so I created them. Afterward I labeled 2 of the 5 Selected Stories in Zenhub to give you an example in case you still want to go in and label the remaining 3 Selected Stories. I attached a screenshot so you can see how to add a label. Thanks!
Hi @gauribhatt , I just finished the first pass of labeling and sorting all the issues for our stories in the Kanban Backlog according to Hot, Warm, Cold, Icebox. I hope you can take a look and see if you would relabel or reprioritize any of the issues. Afterwards, don't forget to pass it to another team member for review. Thanks!
Thank you @ronjmartin ! this is super helpful, I have completed the stories size tagging. I will now move to done.
Hi @UjjwalAS I have revised a few of the labels that Ron created and sorted some of the issues again. Please take a look and see if you would like to relabel or reprioritize any of the issues. You can then forward it to another team member for review. Thanks!
@gauribhatt @akallish I believe issue no. 26 (Story: Onboarding Volunteers: Up-to-date Profile) should be hot and right behind create profile.
The reasons I believe so is based on the below scenario A volunteer may make a mistake or forget to add details while making his profile and he would right away need the flexibility to edit the details entered wrongly in his profile. Therefore in my opinion, editing/up-to-dating a profile becomes as important as creating profile.
Let me know your thoughts
@UjjwalAS thanks for the note and rationale. @z-schwartz should weigh in on the level of importance of this story.
@Tosgirl I have changed the label of issue 26 to hot and moved it up in the order on backlog. Please have a look and see if you would like to reprioritize and relabel anything.
@UjjwalAS good conversation
• tag each of the five stories as small, medium or large • tag all stories in backlog as hot, warm, cool, or icebox
