Goal Statement:

For: Design Students in Chicago Who: are looking for opportunities to grow, network, and upskill to start their careers and make an impact Your: Gigs for Good Is a: transparent, curated and accessible digital platform That: students can engage to seek relevant work or volunteer-ships, grow their professional network, meet people and acquire new skills.

Hill Statement:

Who: Design students in Chicago What: can volunteer for nonprofits in the form of part-time or full-time gigs, can participate in workshop classes and events organized in the museum Wow: grow a professional network easily, get to meet people with similar interests without any barriers of digital networking and acquire new skills without any costs

Sub-hill statement:

When a volunteering work is complete, non-profit must provide feedback on Gigs for Good platform by acknowledging the student's quality of outcome.

Story statement:

As a student I want: to receive detailed feedback on my work So that: I can improve future work output

@kepa5 @jzhu68 @dvelezm3 Thanks for posting this story. We have missing information here:

• goal statement • hill statement • subhill statement • then story

Remember, in agile all work should be traced to higher level goals to make sure people doing the work understand the overall larger value to secure. Otherwise it is a task out of context.

@dvelezm3 @kepa5 @jzhu68 Thanks for posting this draft story. I am not sure what sub-hill statement this traces to, but there are some challenges with your statement :

@akallish Do we add Goal, Hill and Sub-hill statements for each of the stories? I'm wondering if that is a bit redundant.

@kepa5 Thanks for the question. Yes, every story statement should get the same goal and hill statement, but the sub-hill the story traces to may be different.

While it sounds redundant, when a team member goes to a story, all the traceable content is within the issue so they do not have to go to another tab.
