Sub-hill: The professional receives a notification saying that the patient has confirmed/changed/cancelled the appointment or not answered the confirmation message.

As a health professional, I want to be notified when a patient confirms, cancels or not answer the confirmation message, So that I can send them a new message and manage/update my agenda
