[Health Professional] Asking appointment change #32

Sub Hill: After an appointment is made, the health professional realizes that he/she is not available at that time due to some unforeseen circumstance/ emergency and asks the patient to reschedule for another time slot.

As a health professional I want to ask my patient to change the appointed time by suggesting other time slots So that I can handle some needs for schedule change
