As a guest with a speech impairment I want to interact with Abby through text, and access suggestions and content that Abby provides me through Abby's voice So that I can fully benefit from Abby results and what other non-impaired people can accomplish

As a guest with a speech impairment,, I want to be able to text my questions&needs with Abby and receive the answers in both text and voice, so that I can fully communicate with Abby.
As a guest with a speech impairment, I want to ask questions I need through text form and receive the answers supported by voice function so that I can have the optimal use of functions and resources under my circumstances. Sub-hill of Hill 3: Abby has options for converting any voice information into text, or converting text into voice information to be heard so that people with physically challenged can select the best options to interact with the functions.
