Story: Pair a user profile to a physical Rube-E toy.

As a Pediatric patient, I want to connect my Rube-E toy with my Rube-E app profile, so that I can keep track of my learning progress.

Sub Hill 1: The kids will engage with the application through signing-in with the smart device and decide their expertise level.

@skalra3 @IDziqinwang @jshah79 Thanks for putting in the sub-hill statement and using descriptive tags for your stories as it helps a lot!

The story does not seem to address the expertise level of the patient. Here is an iteration:

As a Pediatric patient, I want to connect my Rube-E toy with my Rube-E app profile, So that I Rube-E can keep track of my learning progress and expertise level over time
