Step 1: We did a brainstorm on what is the overall goal we want to provide to our users through Cabi before going to the granular levels.
Step 2: Next we moved to generate three hills to frame holistic outcomes for the particular users groups using Cabi.
Step 3: Subsequently we broke our hills to words and defined what each word meant in context of the product and chose one sub hill we decided to develop further.
Step 4: After this we generated sub hills that captures the particular user outcomes under a hill along with the supporting elements like people, object, environment, message and services.
