feature request: way to reorder groups

It appears that there is currently no way to manually reorder groups; thus, they are stuck in the order in which they are created.

Please add functionality which enables the manual reordering of groups.

I would welcome this feature as well.

I have added this feature in my fork at https://github.com/BrenBarn/Tab-Group-Bar . I added small buttons which let you move group tabs left and right.
