Implement multi-server support #4

Idea:
* Use Tabber to handle Panels of channels (already handled by Tabber), each
Panel for a server
* PageDown/PageUp simply switch from one panel to another
* Set off a Resize-like event each time
 ** If enough space, allocate & push
 ** If not enough, calculate final width, send back width modifier
percentage, boom
* Modify TabId to handle servers (?)
