pokemon stadium - VS mewtwo stage damaged clouds

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure the emulator as i do
2. go to fight VS mewtwo
3. (nothing else just watch)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the backround (sky under the floor and all around) should be clouds moving fast 
as if it where a big wind. instead the clouds are still and with grey marks (i 
guess are the layer that makes the animation) i am not sure if are clouds or 
foam (if it where imitating water) but since mewtwo its on the sky over the 
stadium i guess are clouds since the ring its a big crystal cube.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
glide64 (myglide64 but happens on all the versions i know of) r217 

Please provide any additional information below.
this is the only plug in does this. i will leave screenshots of other ramdom 
plug in so you see how it should be. and my configuration so anyone can 
reproduce it.

i might add when the game loads the hardware frame buffer emulation gets turn 
off. so its not an HWFBE issue.

sorry dont wanna make any kind of spam but checking out the random video plug 
in screenshot i realize its water not clouds. (several years that i dont watch 
the backround as it is lol)

you need to beat all the 4 stadium battle modes and all the gym leaders. then 
mewtwo awaits for you on the top of the stadium. when you select him on 3-D 
(before its a white shadow) comes after you. its the ultimate fight. exactly 
like RIVAL on pokemon stadium 2. i will attach my save game file. but its for 
the pokemon kiosk edition (the version that was used in the pokemon snap 
station. it has an extra option to take pictures of your pokemons from your 
game boy games in any angle in any stage, since after you could print them!).
just try the save game if you have just the normal regular game may work since 
its the exact same game without the pictures option.
btw to make a 1 on 1 fight on free battle at the right of the mini games you 
can do a total free battle. but i think you must do it on the field you cannot 
choose the stage as in stadium 2 (i think there was a hidden button or combo of 
keys i forgot while you choose the players the rules etc).
btw mewtwo awaits for you in round 1 and round 2 of stadium. its the real 
mewtwo that once on the pokemon tv show or a movie almoust takes over the world 
and then went to live on the dark side of the moon since he was too perfect to 
be sorrounded by us the inferiors ones (he was defeated).
not like the RIVAL mewtwo that its just a captured one. probably some clone 
stealed from some rocket high boss lol.

lol then i am glad!!!
i must add all the glide64 and glitch64 (myglide64) builds have this issue. 
never reported in since did not know this site existed lol.
if you try a different video plug in you will see its water (apparently its a 
gigantic crystal cube flotating in the middle of some ocean. maybe its a cut 
down glaciar since the water looks-alike it where reflection the polar lights 
in the sky).
anyways as you noticed its transparent and all the water moves. those white and 
gey spots are the bug.

lol tyvm. i missed to watch the water. for me even if its stupid, with the 
music its relaxing lol.
