Multinode status changed error after publish failure #55

After a publish failure on a source, resuming the source yields an error regarding changing the mulinode status when it has not, in fact, been modified. The current work-around is to suspend the source and resume source again.

@rjarrett can you paste the specific error you get in

Note I believe this only occurs if the very first publish of a new source fails
