(Blocker) (8) System needs to display all BODs in applicable views. Current (as of 27 Feb) views show only 8 BODs in Workforce Advanced and shows 18 BODs with errors in some Workload views (eg, W_I and WI, LB&I and LB_I)

BOD 0 may not be available as of now, but the other 15 need to be displayed. May be a result of problems with joins.
