As a user, I want to be able to confirm which data files were imported in SWAT. #190

As SWAT comes into wider use within the IRS, users other than OPERA will want to confirm that the data is current.

I am curious as to what would identify a dataset or file so that users will understand what data is present.

At a minimum, identify the name and date of the file that was used to import.
